I have a low pain threshold, high ‘white coat’ anxiety and get panic attacks. I doubt any dentist (actually, any medical professional) would think of me as the ideal patient. Yet I needed two crowns. Dr. Tipple has been my dentist for more than 20 years so I have grown to trust him both professionally and personally. It is only that trust that got me into his office yesterday. Dr. Tipple and his two assistants, Jake and Michelle, made me feel like a welcomed guest in his office. When I mentioned I was chilly, Jake immediately got me a blanket. It’s amazing how comforting a blanket can be. Throughout the entire procedure, Dr. Tipple explained to me what he was doing and asked me how I was. Plus, the way he interacted with Jake and Michelle was positive, even expressing gratitude for their team efforts, and reassuring. I walked out feeling like my teeth were well taken care of, and so was I. Then, to my amazement, Dr. Tipple personally called me to see how I was doing. Who does that!? Dr. Tipple :-).
