Serving Madison Families Since 1963

Since 1963, Nakoma Dental has been caring for generations of Madison families. What began with Dr. Mitch Tuttle has been passed from one generation of dentists to the next, each building upon a tradition of compassionate, personalized care.

Dr. Gerry Larson joined Dr. Tuttle and later became the practice’s next owner. Dr. Donald Tipple followed a similar path, first practicing alongside Dr. Larson before taking ownership of Nakoma Dental in 1989. For more than three decades, Dr. Tipple continued the practice’s commitment to caring for patients and families throughout the Madison community.

 

 

In 2026, Dr. Samuel Kim became the fourth owner of Nakoma Dental, continuing a legacy that has now spanned more than six decades. Dr. Kim is honored to carry that tradition forward while embracing modern technology and advances in dentistry.
