Our helpful staff understand the importance of excellent dental care and the positive impact a confident smile can have. A dedicated Patient Care Coordinator and Practice Manager will work with you to maximize your insurance benefits.
Maintaining the health of your smile is an investment. To help make dental services more affordable, we offer easy finance plans through our patient financing partners CareCredit.
Dental Insurance
We accept most insurance plans and will file insurance claims as a convenience to you. We are in network with:
- ADP
- Ameritas
- Delta Dental of WI
- Dental Dental Individual
- All Delta Dentals except Medicare
- Humana
- WEA
If you do not have insurance, please check out our VIP Plan for affordable care options.
Payment options:
- Cash or Check: Always accepted.
- Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.
- CareCredit: Apply online (www.carecredit.com) or in our office. Make a payment to Carecredit.
Please note: Payment is due at the time of service.
As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.
